Madhurima has 27 years of rich experience in various MNCs in the mining and construction business field as a Global Research and Development Head (with headquarters based in the US, UK, Australia, Sweden, and Finland). She earned a Master of Engineering (Honors) in Mechanical engineering at the Design of process machines (CAD-CAM), from Moti Lal Nehru Regional Engineering College Allahabad, India.

She achieved prestigious awards and recognition in new designs, modifications, troubleshooting, cost reduction and ROI analysis by using the most advanced software tools. Presently associated with Samuchit as a founder and director, she is focussing on different areas like IT, Health Care and the Education field.
